This website is operated by MULGRAVE HEATING LIMITED. Mulgraveheat is a trading name of MULGRAVE HEATING LIMITED. Registered in England & Wales under company number 04655729, with its registered office at 55 Mulgrave Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 6LR, United Kingdom.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

We sell rugs, mats, runners and related floor-comfort accessories. All patterns are solid or geometric colour blocks and contain no licensed, cartoon or trademarked motifs.

We do not sell electric underfloor heating, heating systems or electric heating elements. We aim to describe colours, sizes and materials accurately, but slight variation in colour between screens and physical product is normal.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

Orders can be cancelled by us or by you at any time before dispatch — contact support@mulgraveheat.shop.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices are inclusive of applicable UK VAT where relevant; for international orders, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $70 USD. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Card payments are encrypted and handled in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. Your statement descriptor will read “MULGRAVEHEAT RUGS”.

Title and risk in goods pass to you on delivery. We must receive full payment before goods are dispatched.

You may return unopened items within 14 days. Your statutory cancellation rights and our full process are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Non-slip backings reduce, but do not eliminate, movement. On smooth, polished or wet floors, use additional care and a separate rug pad where appropriate. Keep rugs away from open flames and sources of ignition.

Our products are general home furnishings and are not toys. Adult supervision is advised for use around young children. Following the care and safety information on each product page is your responsibility.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of products contrary to the supplied care and safety guidance.

All content on this site — including product photography, copy, the Mulgraveheat name and branding — is owned by MULGRAVE HEATING LIMITED and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
